I just bought this plunging v-neck dress for $20 in black, and I am stoked to get it. Seems like it will be very versatile and wearable.
But I also have my eye on this sweaterdress, because I can’t resist sweaterdresses!
So much for being grounded, eh?

I have to cut back on the impulse buys for awhile, or else I’d snap this up. I’ve become addicted to dresses, and this one I can picture myself wearing in a wide variety of scenarios. 
Pretty good deal, too, at 40% off. Maggy London is also the designer of my bridesmaid dresses, so I know I like her stuff already.

I think this dress is adorable. I really and truly do. But why on earth would you pay $100 for a rayon dress? WHY!!?!?!?!
I expect quality at that price. Not. Rayon. Somebody needs to do something to knock BR down a few pegs.

Ok. I try to only seriously consider buying reasonably priced clothing items. I really do. But I’ve been obsessing over this dress for awhile and I just can’t get it out of my head. I love the cut, I love the bright colors, the pattern and the back. At least it is 40% off. Another 6pm.com find!
Length on the mannequin is a bit weird, but I’m only 5’4 1/2″ so it should hit me nicely at the ankle.

Typically I think of thrifty as being $15 or less. $20 depending on the clothing item, such as outerwear, shoes, etc. But in this case, I’m willing to make an exception for a cute French Connection dress that is currently 75% off, and just $39.50 (I know).
Have at it, ladies (though I don’t recommend their shoe pairing – why such clunky shoes with a light dress?).

Unfortunately, right now the black is out of stock in my size. As is the magenta, which was my 2nd choice color. Sigh. It’s just so cute! I do note that some of the reviews call it a cheap, clingy fabric; but what do people expect from jersey?
Today’s WTF Friday comes from Fendi. I’m all for deeply discounted designer clothing and accessories – in fact, it’s one of my favorite things. But no way on earth would I go for this dress by Fendi, even at 60% off. It’s a nurse’s uniform with a military inspired bib?
It also reminds me of Danny Vosovic’s collection from season 2 of Project Runway. Look familiar? And, as I recall, the judges lambasted him for that very ‘bib’ look. Michael Kors even said he wanted to ‘rip that badge right off!’
Hardly seems “fair.”

I am in love. Sigh. This dress is just beyond beautiful and I want it so much! I also have a code to get an additional 25% off the Sale price, knocking it down to $250. This is why budgets are the worst. Also, where could I ever wear this thing?
