Shoptimistic

I’ve always loved shopping, maybe a bit too much. Never having had high rent to pay, or even a car payment, I always had a pretty abundant budget for clothes and such. Now, however, I have both, plus a healthy amount of debt (both shopping and education-related), plus a wedding next year. As a result, I find myself in uncharted territory.

This blog is intended to be an outlet for my need to shop. It’s also a place for me to make sure I weigh each superfluous purchase, and look for the best deals – and believe me, I’m good at finding deals. I also hope to have a reader or two one day, who use me as a resource for finding things they need/want. Personal shopper would be my dream job.

So that’s that. First post, done.
